Annual snow trip to Big Bear should be a great time as always. Lots of snow expected from the storms this week and next!! See the snow report from Snow Summit.  Skiing at Snow Summit is available as well as sledding and snowplay around the lodge not to mention the Alpine Slide, inner tubes and more around the Big Bear area.

Click links for general information (includes driving directions), highways into Big Bear, detailed street level map.

Please check weather and road conditions during the week leading up to your departure. Carry snow chains and know how to use them. Weather conditions can be found at the Snow Summit information page or California DOT.

We will be staying at the Big Bear Lake Conference Center which is part of the Presbyterian Camps and Conference Centers, Inc. We will be staying in the lodge which includes Evans Hall which is great for campfire and other group activities or just hanging out.

Cost is $128 per person and includes lodging as well as breakfast, sack lunch, and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. Lift tickets, ski rentals, lessons, etc. are extra.

For those who plan to ski or snowboard at Snow Summit or Bear Mountain, you can order lift tickets on-line or at the ski resort itself. If you will be renting skis it is advisable to rent them before you leave or at Snow Summit on Friday.

Space is reserved on a first paid, first served basis. Note that cancellations could result in significant costs incurred by the Pack that can not be recuperated. Therefore, amounts paid for this event are not refundable to the participant.
